Items are final sale, unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, we retain the right to not accept orders. Estimated delivery times are guides only and commence from the date of dispatch. Candeur Avenue cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, destination custom processes, and events beyond our control. Any customers outside of the United Kingdom are responsible for complying with their local regulations and laws.

Some items in our store may be offered to you as subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can amend, change, or cancel this kind of purchase. When you purchase a subscription you will acquire repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored with us securely and you will be charged for each of these deliveries. Subscriptions may auto renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want to renew a subscription you can cancel or change it any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order.
